New Practice Rule

 Hi Girls!

We are well into the season. Here are a couple of pet peeve reminders :)

 

  • Practice starts promptly.  For every minute that you are late, you will run 1 lap.  For anything over 5 mins, you will run 5 laps, AND do 2 minutes of wall sits
  • During practice- if you walk in the middle of a drill, you will do 5 up downs
  • Please do not throw balls at the ball cart. Balls tend to pop out and roll onto the floor. It is a hazard to have them doing so when you are all running around.  
  • Fitness Calendars are due at the first practice of the month. If you have not already turned in your January calendar, please do so tomorrow.
