2018 Summer Fitness Sessions

Calling ALL athletes (12s and Up, Boys & Girls!)...
Fitness Coordinator, Kelsey Bennett, will be leading a Summer Fitness class for those that are interested in staying fit this summer and would like to increase their speed, vertical and quickness.
Jump training sessions will focus specifically on increasing a player's vertical.
 
June 4th - July 26th (No sessions will take place the week of July 2nd)
 
Mondays: 9:00AM-10:00AM - Jump Training & Strength
Tuesdays: 5:15PM-6:15PM - Speed & Agility
Wednesdays: 9:00AM-10:00AM - Speed & Agility
Thursdays: 5:15PM-6:15PM - Jump Training & Strength
 
ALL athletes must register for each session they plan to attend at least 24 hours in advance.
 
1 session per week: $85 Total (7 Sessions)
2 sessions per week: $150 Total (14 Sessions)
Unlimited sessions: $275 Total (Up to 28 Sessions)
 
Drop In Session: $15/ea.
