Coach Eric is going to be running practice tonight, so learn something new and keep up the good work! Weekend Expectations

The girls have done a great job working on self-discipline and self-motivation, which is a huge skill to a take our team to the next level. Keep pushing yourself hard and supporting your teammates, and we will continue to have success all season! I am excited for the challenges of the weekend. I hope you are too!

Stay Fit over the Break!

Please enjoy this great break from school, but keep up your volleyball skills! Remember just a few minutes a day with the ball, setting in front of the TV, or a bundled up pepper session outside with a friend, will keep us moving forward as a team! Parent Meeting

We are going to have a parent/player meeting on Sunday, December 6. It will follow our practice, so we will be finishing about 15 minutes early. Plan to be at the gym from 8:45-9:15 for the meeting. We will discuss tournament schedule, player and parent expectations, and travel requirements. Please let me or Rachael know if you will not be able to attend through email.
